Each month we’ll be featuring a new recipe. April’s recipe is Sticky Ginger Loaf cake, made by Ruth.

Here’s Ruth’s recipe with written notes. And she added one more note not written on her printed version, which is, that 20grams of stem ginger is essentially one piece from a jar!
